It went extremely well as it always does with Oscar Construction. Before they even came out, they wanted to make sure the source of the water damage had been addressed. The 2 guys who came out to do the work confirmed that with me again before starting. Both arrived right on time and we're done within a few hours. September 2008 To All Prospective Clients of OConstruction: My condominium association, Charing Cross, had recommended Oscar Villatoro, owner of Oscar Construction Company, as a fair, reliable, and competitive contractor for work on my townhouse. I met with Oscar back in December of 2007 and got estimates on certain work involving window replacement and painting of certain rooms in my townhouse. Mr. Villatoro is a great guy to do business with and I highly recommend him to all. He gave me reasonable and competitive estimates on the work. I found myself so pleased with his work that I kept on coming up with other jobs which needed to be done. Oscar is not only trustworthy and honest, so is his hardworking crew. They worked fast and efficiently. They finished on time and Oscar always stayed in touch with me and did all he promised to do. Oscar always did what I asked and if I was not 100 % happy with the outcome of something, he never protested or told me I was wrong. He fixed it till I was satisfied. His mantra is always, “Okay, we can do that.” And he came through for me with a smile. Oscar Construction is definitely the company to do business with. Oscar is the man to get the job done. He can do anything you ask, small jobs or total renovation of your home; and his years of experience as a contractor in the entire Washington Metropolitan areas allows him to augment his staff with the most skilled workers in their respective field. Great work by Oscar and his team! They got the job done on time and within cost. They were extremely professional and kept the house clean while doing their work. We had to get our ceiling repaired as there was a leak from our HVAC and Oscar's team showed me the problem before fixing it. Great work and will likely work with him again! J.Jacobs
